Bring the program you already have
Upload a PDF, a spreadsheet or a photo of a written program. Each session it finds becomes a workout you can edit, with anything it was unsure of flagged for you to check.
Write it the way you’d text a client, and it turns into a structured workout on their phone. The same app keeps leads from slipping through, tracks what your clients eat and collects their payments.

Example: in the program editor, a trainer types a warm-up (“row or bike 5 mins moderate”, “leg swings 10/side”, “glute bridges 2x10”, “deadlift warm-up 1x5 empty bar, 1x5x60kg”) and the main work (“A. barbell deadlift 3x10x120”, “rest 90s”, “B. goblet squat 3x12”, “C. push-ups 3x10-15”). Beside it, the client’s phone shows the workout building as they type, each exercise with its picture: row or bike for 5 minutes at moderate effort, leg swings, glute bridges and two deadlift warm-up sets, then barbell deadlift (3 sets of 10 at 120, rest 90 seconds), goblet squat (3 sets of 12) and push-ups (3 sets of 10 to 15).
Everything in one login
From someone’s first enquiry to their next workout, without copying anything from one app to another.
Every enquiry lands in one pipeline with its source, and you hear about it the day a follow-up is due.
How leads workType workouts in your own shorthand. Your client gets sets, reps and loads they can log.
How programming worksClients log a meal with a sentence or a photo. You see every macro next to their training.
How nutrition worksSubscriptions, session packs and programs through your own Stripe account, with no platform fee.
How payments workProgramming
Most AI workout builders start from a form or a prompt and hand you their version of a workout. wagmi.fit starts from yours: shorthand or plain sentences, turned into sets, reps, loads, tempo, RPE and rest your client can log.
What you type
What a client gets
Goblet Squats
sets 2 · reps 10
Keep the squats slow, and if the knee hurts use the box version.
Row
sets 1 · 4min
Upload a PDF, a spreadsheet or a photo of a written program. Each session it finds becomes a workout you can edit, with anything it was unsure of flagged for you to check.
Fit it into 45 minutes, add a cooldown, make it beginner-friendly. The assistant edits the workout in place, or answers questions about it without changing a thing.
Leads to clients
A Typeform, Jotform or profile-page application creates the lead and records its source. A Calendly or Cal.com booking moves it to Consultation booked. Turn on automatic follow-up and a lead who goes quiet hears from you on the day you pick. Converting is always your call.
Maya Okafor’s lead record: created from a Typeform application, an automatic follow-up email after two days without a reply, then a Calendly booking that moves her stage to Consultation booked.
Each one tells you when a lead needs you. Only automatic follow-up writes to the lead, and it is off until you turn it on.
New

Two notes over a week. It stops the moment they book, convert or close.
Contacted
Chase an overdue lead follow-up
Tells you the day a follow-up date passes.
Qualified
No automation here. You move them on when you’re happy they’re a fit.
Consultation booked
Moves here when they book
Ask for a consultation’s outcome
Asks what happened, two hours after the call.
Decision pending
Nudge a lead who has been deciding for three days
Prompts you after three days without a decision.
Converted
Only when you convert
Kick off a converted lead
Reminds you to send the app invite.
Nothing gets lost
Anything that needs you waits in Notifications, with the button to do it right there.
It stays until it is done, and a form that can’t be matched to a lead waits in Intake review.
Nutrition
Clients write what they ate, or snap the plate. wagmi.fit drafts the entry, asks one question if it matters, and saves nothing until they tap Save. Every meal lands next to their training, against the targets you set.
Jordan · Sep 14 – 20
5/7 days loggedAverages per logged day, against the targets you set.
Example: a client types “2 eggs scrambled on toast w butter, black coffee, and like a handful of blueberries” and attaches a photo of the plate. The app drafts five items with calories, macros and portions, asks whether the eggs were cooked in butter, oil or milk, and saves the meal only when the client taps Save.
Jordan’s phone on the Messages tab: an automated check-in reminder marked Automated, then Jordan’s reply and a message from their coach. Around it: today’s workout, a habit week and progress photo slots.
Client app
Their workouts, meals, habits, metrics, progress photos and messages, on iOS, Android and the web. Anything sent automatically is marked Automated, so they always know which words are yours.

Questions, answered
No. It is built around online coaching, but programming, the client app, payments and one-to-one scheduling work the same for the clients you train in person. What it does not do is run a facility: there are no group classes, check-in desks or door access.
Yes. Upload a PDF, a Word document, a spreadsheet or a photo of a written program, and every session it finds is rebuilt as a workout you can edit. You can also paste the text straight into the editor. There is no one-click import from another platform’s account, so bring the files.
No. Clients use the wagmi.fit app on iOS, Android or the web for free. Your $25 a month covers every client, however many you have.
Yes. Meal logging for your clients, the targets you set and your view of every meal are part of the same plan. There is no nutrition add-on and no per-client charge.
No. Payments go through your own Stripe account and wagmi.fit adds no platform fee. Stripe’s standard processing fees still apply, the same as anywhere else you use Stripe.
There is no white-label or custom-branded app, no group classes, no wearable sync and no meal plans. Leads are worked in the browser, not in the phone app. If one of those is a must-have today, wagmi.fit is not the right fit yet.
