Integrations

Works with what you already use

You already pay for Stripe, a booking tool, and a form builder. wagmi.fit connects to the ones you have instead of asking you to abandon them, so your tools keep doing their job and the results land on the right lead or client.

Connect it once, then get on with coaching

Every connection follows the same three steps, whatever the tool.

Connect it in settings

Typeform, Calendly, and Cal.com authorize through their own login screens. Jotform takes a private API key. Stripe walks you through its own account setup.

Keep working where you work

Your event types, your forms, your Stripe products. We do not ask you to rebuild them here, and we do not take them over.

It lands on the right record

A booking or a submitted form attaches to the lead it belongs to and shows on their timeline: form sent, form submitted, consultation scheduled, stage changed.

What each connection actually does

Five tools, all live today. Each one is something you probably already pay for, so connecting it should change your day as little as possible.

Payments

1 integration

Stripe

Connect your own Stripe account

The payment processor most coaches already run their business on.

What connecting it does
You connect your own Stripe account, so you stay the seller and Stripe pays out to your bank. From wagmi.fit you sell subscriptions, programs, session packs, and one-off charges, and refund an order without opening the Stripe dashboard.
What you get
One checkout your clients recognize, and nothing to reconcile between two systems at month end. We take no cut of your coaching revenue.

Scheduling

2 integrations

Calendly

Authorize with your Calendly login

The booking tool most coaches already use to hand out consultation slots.

What connecting it does
Connect your account and sync your event types, then pick which ones count as consultations. Send a lead the booking link from their record. When they book, the appointment syncs back and the lead moves itself to “Consultation booked.”
What you get
Your availability, buffers, and booking confirmations stay in Calendly. Your pipeline stays accurate without you updating it twice.
How scheduling works

Cal.com

Authorize with your Cal.com login

The open-source alternative, for coaches who would rather host their own scheduling.

What connecting it does
It works the same way: sync event types, choose the ones that count as consultations, send the link from the lead record, and let a real booking advance the stage. Calendly and Cal.com are separate connections, so you can run both.
What you get
No lock-in to one booking vendor, and no second place to check for today’s consultations.
How the pipeline works

Forms

2 integrations

Typeform

Authorize over OAuth

Where plenty of coaches already keep their intake and readiness forms.

What connecting it does
Authorize wagmi.fit through Typeform and your form catalog syncs across. Send one of your own forms to a specific lead or client from their record, label what it is (Questionnaire, Readiness screening, Intake form, Agreement, Contract, Waiver, or Custom), and follow it from Sent to Completed.
What you get
You can see who still owes you a form without leaving the lead. Form answers and contract contents stay with the provider.
How forms work

Jotform

Connect with a private API key

The other form builder coaches bring with them, usually with years of forms already in it.

What connecting it does
Paste a private API key from your Jotform account and the same thing happens: your catalog syncs, you send one form to one person, and the request is tracked through to submission.
What you get
Your existing forms keep working exactly as they are. wagmi.fit does not build forms, and it does not try to replace the builder you already like.
How forms work

Client sign-in with Google and Apple

A small one: clients can sign in to the wagmi.fit mobile app with their Google or Apple account instead of making another password. Nothing syncs from those accounts, and Apple Health is not connected.

Straight answer

What we don’t connect to yet

The five above are the whole list. Everything here is a fair thing to ask for, and the honest answer today is no.

If one of these decides it for you, say so. We would rather hear it now. Get in touch.

  • No public API, no customer API keys

There is nothing to build against today.

  • No outbound webhooks

Nothing fires to another system when a lead, form, or payment changes.

  • No Zapier or Make

If your plan is to glue wagmi.fit to something else, you cannot yet.

  • No wearables

Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, and Apple Health do not connect.

  • No accounting sync

QuickBooks and Xero are not connected. Stripe holds the payment record.

  • No Google Calendar or Outlook sync

Consultations arrive through Calendly or Cal.com, and your calendar stays with them.

Questions, answered

Before you connect anything

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes, and that is deliberate. You connect your own Stripe account, so you remain the seller, Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule, and we never hold your money. wagmi.fit adds no platform fee on top of Stripe’s processing fees.

What happens to my form answers?

They stay with Typeform or Jotform. wagmi.fit sends your form to a named lead or client and tracks the request through to submission, so you always know what is outstanding, but form answers and contract contents stay with the provider you built the form in.

Can I connect Calendly and Cal.com at the same time?

Yes. They are separate connections, and you choose which event types from each one are offered as consultations. Most coaches connect one, but nothing stops you running both.

Do you support Zapier?

No. There is no Zapier app, no Make app, and no outbound webhooks, so wagmi.fit cannot trigger anything in another tool. The five connections on this page are direct, and they are the only ones.

Is there an API?

Not a public one. There are no customer API keys and no documented endpoints, so there is nothing to build against today. If you would want one for something specific, tell us — that is how we decide what to build next.
